Renames an existing tag. All call records that reference the old tag name are automatically updated to the new name.

Uniqueness check
The new tag name must be unique within the organization. If another tag with the new name already exists, the request is rejected with a conflict error.

Scope options

Rename across the entire account (global rename).

Optionally scope the rename to a specific org unit using the org_unit_id variant of the request body.

Response
Returns the updated tag ID and the new name on success.
