Soft deletes a call flow recording by marking it as inactive without removing the audio file.

Operation details:

Sets recording_active to false.

Preserves audio file and metadata in database.

Removes recording from active call flow selection lists.

Updates deleted_at timestamp and deleted_by audit field.

Restrictions:

Cannot delete recordings currently used in active call flows.

User must have access to the recording's organization.

Response:

Returns success status and confirmation message.

Includes affected recording ID.
