  1. MCP

Convirza MCP Server

Run call tracking from your AI assistant. The Convirza MCP server puts your calls, transcripts and Conversation Analytics® scores inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools. Ask about your calls, campaigns and numbers in plain English.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. You add one URL to your assistant and sign in. There's nothing to install or code.
Server URL: https://connect.convirza.com/mcp (click the URL to copy it)
No Convirza account yet? Start free. You need an account before you connect.
Paste the server URL above into your assistant, not the address of this page.

Connect the assistant you already use#

Sign in with your Convirza account when your assistant asks. That's the whole setup. Your permissions come with you, and you can disconnect any time. Step-by-step instructions for each client are in the Quickstart.
Claude
Web and desktop. Open Customize, then Connectors. Select + Add, then Add custom connector, and paste the server URL. It then works in the Claude mobile apps too.
ChatGPT
Web. Business, Enterprise and Edu plans. Pro can look things up but not make changes. Open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Paste the server URL and choose OAuth.
Cursor
IDE. Add to Cursor in one click, or add the server URL on Cursor's Customize page. Setup steps
VS Code
IDE. Install in VS Code in one click. Works with GitHub Copilot in VS Code. Setup steps
Claude Code
Terminal. One command, then /mcp to sign in.
Codex
Terminal and IDE. Add the server, then run codex mcp login convirza.
Using another tool? If it can add a remote MCP server, the server URL is all it needs. See Any other MCP client.

How it works#

1
Connect
Add the Convirza connector in your AI assistant: a URL paste or a single click, depending on the client.
2
Sign in
Your assistant opens Convirza's sign-in page. Use your email and password, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. There's no API key to create, and your password is never shared with the assistant.
3
Ask
Your assistant now sees what you're allowed to see and does what you're allowed to do. Nothing more.

Built for permissioned teams#

Access mirrors your Convirza role: Admins manage, Standard users work, Read-only users read. Connections use OAuth 2.0, your password is never shared with the assistant, and you can disconnect at any time. See Authentication & Access.
