Soft-deletes one or more custom sources by marking them as inactive.

What Happens on Delete
✓ Custom source custom_source_active is set to false
✓ Associated callflow_custom_source records are removed
✓ Custom source disappears from active lists
✓ Database record remains intact for audit purposes

What Does NOT Happen
✗ No data is permanently removed from custom_source table
✗ Historical data remains searchable

Business Rules

Custom source IDs must be valid and exist

Cannot delete already deleted custom sources

Duplicate IDs in the request are not allowed

All deletions are atomic (all or nothing)
