Soft-deletes an insight by marking its deleted_at timestamp. This is a non-destructive operation.

What Happens on Delete
✓ Insight deleted_at timestamp is set
✓ Insight disappears from active list views and filters
✓ Database record remains intact for audit purposes

What Does NOT Happen
✗ No data is permanently removed
✗ Associated data is not affected

Business Rules

Insight must exist and not already be deleted

Only admins can delete insights
