Example Prompts

You don't need to know tool names. Describe what you want in plain language and your assistant works out which Convirza tools to use. Here are things to try on day one.

Find out what's in your account#

"List the users in my Convirza account."
"Which groups do I have access to?"
"Show me my campaigns."
"Find everything related to 555-123-4567."
The last one works when you don't know what kind of record you're looking for: the search tool looks across users, groups, campaigns, numbers, AI voice agents and calls at once.

Review a call#

"Get call 12345678 and show me the transcript and how it scored."
You get the recording link, transcript, summary and the Conversation Analytics® scorecard for that call. Then follow up in plain language:
"Why did that call score low on the greeting?"
"Pull the transcript of my longest call yesterday and tell me why we lost them."

Score a recorded call#

Have a recording from somewhere else? Your assistant can upload it with the upload_call tool, and Convirza stores, transcribes and scores it like a live call.
"Upload and score this call: https://example.com/call.mp3. The caller was (801) 555-0142 and it rang (801) 555-0100."
1
Give the recording
Paste a public link to an mp3 or wav file. In ChatGPT you can attach the file instead. In Claude, your assistant shows an upload box: drop the file there. If no box appears, your assistant gives you a link to upload it in your browser.
2
Give the call details
The caller's number and the number it rang to (10 digits each), when the call happened, and the group it belongs to. Your assistant asks for anything you leave out.
3
Wait about a minute
Processing runs in the background. Your assistant finds the call with the reference ID it set on upload, then shows the transcript and score.
A call is transcribed and scored only when its group has Conversation Analytics and a scorecard. The upload response says if either is missing. If an upload fails, ask your assistant to retry with the same reference ID so the call isn't created twice.

Missed calls and follow-up#

"Summarize yesterday's missed calls and draft callback notes for each."
"Show me missed opportunities from this week."

Performance and attribution#

"How are my agents performing this month?"
"Which campaigns and sources are driving the most calls?"
"Show me average scorecard results by agent for last month."

Manage campaigns#

"Create a campaign called Fall Promo starting November 1 in the Eastern time zone, owned by me, with a $2,000 monthly spend."
"Rename the Spring Sale campaign to Spring Sale 2026."
Creating and changing campaigns needs the Admin role. Your assistant should show you what it's about to change and ask before it does. Read the request before you approve it.

Tips for better results#

Be specific about time. "Last week's calls" works better than "recent calls."
Name the thing. If you know the campaign, group or user, say so. Your assistant skips a lookup.
Keep asking. Once your assistant has a call or report in front of it, ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself.
Read-only role? You can look up anything your account can see, but you can't make changes or upload calls.
