"You don't have permission for this action…"#
The full message names your role and what it can do, for example:Your role (Read Only) can only read data — this endpoint changes data. Contact your account administrator to request write access.
Your role (…) can't access it — it needs Admin, Standard, or ReadOnly access.
This is the server respecting your Convirza permissions, not a connection problem. The MCP server can only do what your account can do. If you need the action, ask your Convirza administrator to change your role; nothing on the assistant side will change the outcome.Roles that can use the server: Admin, Standard, Read-Only. Other roles are refused on every request."Not authenticated" or a 401 from the server#
Your session token is missing or has expired. Reconnect the Convirza connector in your client (the Quickstart shows where for each one). You'll be taken through the sign-in page again.Tokens last 7 days and refresh automatically, so this is unusual — it typically means the connector was removed and re-added, or the refresh token was revoked. The sign-in page opens but nothing happens after I sign in#
Your browser may be blocking the redirect back to the client, or a popup blocker interfered. Allow popups for your client and try connecting again. My client can't reach the server at all#
If you're on a managed device or network, outbound connections to new hosts may be filtered. Ask your IT team to allow connect.convirza.com.I only see some of my company's data#
The assistant shows what your Convirza account can see. An admin of a sub-group sees that sub-group. To see more, your account needs broader access in Convirza itself. My client only supports SSE#
Use the legacy transport URL: https://connect.convirza.com/sse. All tools work identically; only the connection method differs. The server returns detailed per-field messages when a request can't be completed. Ask your assistant to show you the exact message — it names the field involved — and rephrase with the missing detail (for example, a required timezone or start date when creating a campaign).Still stuck?#
Contact Convirza support with: the client you're using, your Convirza role, the exact message the assistant relayed, and the request_id if one was shown — every server response includes one, and it lets support find the exact request.Modified at 2026-09-04 11:36:50
