Example Prompts

You don't need to know tool names. Describe what you want in plain language and your assistant works out which Convirza tools to use. Here are things to try on day one, grouped by what people most often want.
Every prompt below runs against the current server and returns real account data.

Find out what's in your account#

"List the users in my Convirza account."
"What groups do I have access to?"
"Show me my campaigns."
"Find everything related to 555-123-4567." — search looks across users, groups, campaigns, numbers, agents and calls at once, so this works when you don't know what kind of record you're looking for.

Review a call#

"Get call 12345678 and show me the transcript and how it scored."
Returns the recording link, transcription, summary and the Conversation Analytics® scorecard for that call. This is the single most useful thing to try first — it's where the assistant adds the most over the dashboard, because you can follow up conversationally:
"Why did that call score low on the greeting?"
"Summarize the objections the caller raised."

Performance and attribution#

"How are my agents performing this month?"
"Which campaigns and sources are driving the most calls?"
"Show me missed opportunities from this week."

Manage campaigns#

"Create a campaign called Fall Promo starting October 1st in the Eastern timezone, owned by me, with a $2,000 monthly spend."
"Rename the Spring Sale campaign to Spring Sale 2026."
The assistant will show you what it's about to change and ask you to confirm before it does. Keep that on.

Tips for better results#

Be specific about time. "Last week's calls" is better than "recent calls."
Name the thing. If you know the campaign, group or user, say so — the assistant skips a lookup step.
Ask for the follow-up. Once the assistant has a call or a report in context, you can keep asking about it without repeating yourself.
Read-only role? Everything in the first three sections works. The campaign examples need a Standard or Admin role.
